I highly recommend Mitch. He is professional, knowledgeable and his crew did a great, clean job of removing one of our A/C units and installing a new one. We will also be having all our duct work cleaned later this week. We will definitely be using him for all future work on our units.
Turned on our AC for the first time this year and discovered it was not cooling at all. We had noticed in the past summers that it was not cooling very well and our electric bill was very high in the summer months. My wife looked online hoping to find a local business where we live just outside of Sanger and came across Mitch Lee with Cozy Homes HVAC. He has stellar reviews and so we felt good about giving him a call. Turned out to be a great choice!! We decided to go with an entire new system, new handler inside, new condenser outside. Mitch gave us several options, spent a great deal of time advising us. He is super easy to talk to and always made us feel like we were a top priority. In the world we live in now where any customer service can be hard to find, Mitch Lee provides excellent customer service!! He is patient, informative, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for you. This is invaluable to a customer who is about to embark on a large purchase! We debated on going with a heat pump system as opposed to the type of AC system we had always known. Ultimately, we went with an Ameristar condenser and handler. Once the work was done and we used it for the first time, we noticed a big difference right away. A stronger air flow, much colder air. My wife and I both run hot and anyone who knows Texas, knows how brutal the summers are!! This system is much more energy efficient than our old one so we are looking forward to lower bills than our past summer bills. We cannot say how thankful we are to Mitch, not just for his expertise and his wonderful work but also for the way he takes time out to talk to people. Greatest AC guy out there by far! Very personable and honest, he goes out of his way to be there when you need him! We have older units and he has kept them running for two years now, when numerous other companies wouldn’t help us or gave us different stories on what was wrong, but never even tried to fix them, said we needed new units. Come to find out its was a wiring issue and the other was a switch. Mitch came out and quickly assessed the issue and fixed it both times! We couldn’t be more grateful is this Texas heat!
We had a minor issue with dryer vent and Mitch came the next day after calling him. I also had him do a spring maintenance check on our air conditioners. I thought that I would need a complete cleaning of all our vents as well as the dryer vents. Mitch cleaned the dryer vent and only charged us for the A/C maintenance at a reasonable price. He also checked our vents and recommended that they did not need cleaning. I will call Mitch for future HVAC issues. Thanks Mitch!!!

Mitch is amazing. He did such a detailed servicing of our multiple AC units that he’s now become our regular maintenance guy for multiple locations in Denton. Mitch went far beyond the call of duty and even helped us identity issues that were outside his scope of work - yet were important safety items, and in fact some of these safety items had been around for a long time but we were not aware of them until Mitch brought them to our attention.
